Geohazard Scientist at British Geological Survey

Roxana Ciurean is a Geohazard Scientist at the British Geological Survey, specializing in modeling the impact of shallow geohazards on communities and the built environment. Roxana integrates various tools, including geographic information systems and statistical modeling, to assess vulnerabilities related to landslides, floods, and subsidence. In addition, Roxana currently serves as a UKRI Policy Fellow with the Scottish Government.
