Shohan Khan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2008, they began their career as a Pharmacy Assistant at Mulqueeny City Pharmacy, where they worked until 2014. From 2010 to 2014, they also served as a Senior Pharmacy Assistant at Amcal Max Mordialloc Pharmacy. In 2014, they transitioned to the sports industry and became a Participation Officer at Gymnastics NSW, staying until 2017. Shohan then joined Netball NSW as a Match Day Assistant, coordinating events for the NSW Swifts and GIANTS Netball. From 2017 to 2019, they also held the role of Participation Manager at Netball NSW. In 2019, Shohan moved to Athletics Australia as an ICT & Digital Projects Manager, taking responsibility for daily operations and implementing digital transformation strategies. Shohan also temporarily managed the Media & PR portfolio during COVID furloughs. In 2021, they joined Netball Australia as a Program Change Lead, leading a company-wide digital transformation. Currently, Shohan is working at Manchester United as a Museum & Stadium Tour Guide. Shohan also has experience at British Gymnastics, where they have held roles such as Project Officer, Project Manager, and Strategic Projects & Change Lead.

Shohan Khan obtained a Master of Business in Sport Management from Deakin University from 2020 to 2025. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2014, Shohan completed a double degree in Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with a focus on Sports Management from the same university. Shohan is also pursuing an APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) from the Association for Project Management, with the start year listed as 2023. Additionally, Shohan has certifications including Development Coach from Netball Australia, Gymnastics for All Intermediate Coach, and LaunchPad Gymnastics, all of which do not have specific obtained dates listed.
