Adam Dewhurst

Adam Dewhurst is a Strategy Associate at British Land since May 2021, responsible for conducting research and providing recommendations related to real estate investment, operations, and finance. Duties include capital allocation research across various real estate sectors, preparing presentation papers for senior management, supporting investment transactions, and delivering analytical support to multiple departments. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Strategy Analyst, Strategy Analyst, and Strategy Graduate at British Land, as well as an intern at BNP Paribas Real Estate, JLL, and Landsec. Adam holds a BA in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge and an International Baccalaureate from Dallam School.
