Daniel Payne

Daniel Payne is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Finance Business Partner and previously as a Financial Accountant at British Land since June 2021. Prior to this role, Daniel worked at EY from September 2017 to June 2021 as a Senior Associate, achieving fully-qualified ACA status with all first-time passes and earning recognition on the ICAEW Advanced Level Order of Merit in 2019. Earlier experience includes a role as a Student Mentor at the University of Birmingham Guild of Students, where Daniel was Mental Health First Aid trained and nominated for Student Staff Member of the Year in 2017, as well as a Summer Intern at EY. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics from the University of Birmingham and attended Lichfield Cathedral School from 2007 to 2014.
