Amie Brodie

Amie Brodie is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at the British Medical Association since December 2022. Previously, Amie held the position of Legal Counsel at the Royal Society of Chemistry from June 2022 to December 2022. Amie’s legal career began at Nockolds, where various roles included Corporate and Commercial Associate and Trainee Solicitor from March 2017 to June 2022. Prior experience also encompasses paralegal roles in both commercial and property litigation at Nockolds and residential conveyancing at Bolt Burdon. In addition to legal expertise, Amie has a background in customer relations and operational management from Tesco PLC, where responsibilities spanned from managing online customer journeys to overseeing operations across Asia. Amie holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law and French from the University of Leeds, and completed the LPC at BPP Law School, with further education in French law at Universite de Toulouse I.
