Tingting Li

Tingting Li is an accomplished Learning and Development Manager at the British Medical Association, with extensive experience in change and project management. Since November 2014, Tingting has led key initiatives such as transforming the performance review process and implementing a new Learning Management System, while also launching the organization's first Pathway to Growth Programme. Previous roles include Learning and Development Advisor and Coordinator at the same organization, focusing on learning needs analysis and management development programs. Prior to this, Tingting held the position of Organisational Development Officer at PepsiCo Australia and New Zealand, where core HR processes were streamlined across multiple sites. Additionally, experience as a Public Relations Assistant at Huawei Technologies involved communication management with various official bodies. Tingting holds a Master’s degree in Management of Training & Development from The University of Edinburgh.
