Sally Dempsey

Sally Dempsey has extensive experience in leadership and organization development within the British Red Cross since May 2006, holding various managerial roles including Learning and Organisation Development Manager and Organisation Development Lead. Dempsey has successfully led culture change projects, enhanced performance and impact within the Education directorate, and managed youth education programs across Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Prior roles involved coordination of humanitarian education training for teachers and youth as well as international project management in Bangladesh. Dempsey's educational background includes degrees in English Literature & History of Art from the University of Glasgow and advanced training in Organization Development from Roffey Park Institute.
