Greg Kalnit

Vice President - Financial Asset Management at Brixmor Property Group

Greg Kalnit has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Greg started their career at Deutsche Bank as an Analyst in Debt Capital Markets from 1999 to 2002. Greg then joined Adellco Management as Executive Vice President, where they led acquisitions, capital raising, and underwriting of multi-family and mixed-use properties in New York City for 17 years. In 2020, they became Vice President of Investments at Regency Centers, where they executed development, redevelopment, and acquisition strategies in the Northeast US. Additionally, they led the design and coordination of site plans for developments in several states and engaged in lease negotiations with major grocery chains and anchor tenants. Currently, Greg is Vice President of Financial Asset Management at Brixmor Property Group, overseeing financial assessment management for properties in the southeastern US. Greg underwrites redevelopment projects, analyzes new leasing activity, and prepares quarterly and annual reporting packages for a portfolio that includes over 100 shopping centers totaling more than 20 million square feet.

Greg Kalnit attended Hunter College High School in 1995 and then went on to study at The Wharton School from 1995 to 1999. At The Wharton School, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Finance and Management.
