Lindsey Hughes

Lindsey Hughes has held various roles throughout their career. In their most recent position as Vice President of External Affairs at Broad Reach Power, they began in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ERCOT from July 2018 to September 2022, serving as the Director of Corporate Communications and Government Relations. Lindsey also has experience with the Texas Competitive Power Advocates, where they were the Executive Director from August 2012 to June 2018. Before that, they worked at The Wind Coalition as an Associate Director from March 2008 to August 2012. Lindsey began their career as a Legislative Aide for Rep. Mike Krusee from January 2003 to March 2008 and previously held the position of Political Staff Assistant at Texans for Rick Perry from January 2001 to January 2003.

Lindsey Hughes attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1998 to 2002. During their time there, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Management and Psychology as their field of study.
