Troy Beane

Troy A. Beane is a serial entrepreneur and seasoned leader with extensive experience in both military and corporate environments. As the Founder and CEO of Veteran Executive Leadership since September 2022, Troy applies entrepreneurial expertise while simultaneously serving as President and CEO of Siegman Forced Air Systems, focusing on innovative strategies in the HVAC industry. Previously, Troy was Chief Operating Officer at Greencastle Consulting, and held various leadership roles in the Army National Guard, where a 21-year military career included significant operational planning during deployments. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Leadership Development from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s Degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Troy is a member of Broad Street Angels, contributing to entrepreneurial investments and mentorship.
