Nicholas T. Nguyen is an experienced Asset Manager with a strong background in real estate and finance. Nicholas T. has held various investment and asset management roles at companies such as Broad Street Realty, Inc., DCI Data Centers, and Gaw Capital. Nicholas has a solid educational foundation with a Masters in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University and a BS in Business, Real Estate, and Urban Land Development from Virginia Commonwealth University.
