Elaine Walters

Elaine Walters currently serves as a Building Safety Advisor at Gentoo Group, a position held since May 2023. With extensive experience in the housing sector, Elaine has been with Broadacres Housing Association since June 2009, where roles have included Compliance Officer specializing in Fire Safety and Planned Maintenance Surveyor. Elaine holds a Master’s degree in Architectural and Building Sciences/Technology from Northumbria University, completed between 2008 and 2010, and a Bachelor’s degree from Newcastle University Business School, attained from 2003 to 2006.
