Fiona Webb

Fiona Webb is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Business Partner at Broadacres Housing Association since November 2016, after previously holding the role of HR Advisor. Prior to this, Fiona worked at Joseph Rowntree Foundation from August 2010 to November 2016 as Senior HR Advisor - Policy and Projects, leading HR policy and managing a small team. Earlier experience includes HR Manager at TS Developments, where Fiona advised on HR, organizational development, and health and safety matters, and served as Regional Personnel Officer at Vantec Europe Ltd, providing HR support across multiple sites. Fiona holds an MA in HRM&D from Northumbria University and a BA with a 2:1 in History from Teesside University.
