James Marley

James Marley has extensive experience in the construction and housing sector, currently serving as the Head of Construction and Investment at Broadacres Housing Association since February 2018. Prior to this role, James held positions as Construction Manager and Project Manager at Mulberry Homes Yorkshire from October 2015 to February 2018. James's tenure at Broadacres Housing Association began in July 2008, where responsibilities included Quality Assurance Coordinator and Property Surveyor, progressing from Trainee Property Surveyor. James holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Building Surveying from Northumbria University, completed in 2011, and completed secondary education at Richmond School between 1999 and 2007.
