Jay Rolls is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Broadband Success Partners since 2021, Jay specializes in advising Telecom Infrastructure Investors and Service Providers on M&A activities and technical assessments. Prior roles include SVP & Chief Technology Officer at Charter Communications from 2011 to 2019 and Senior Vice President of Engineering at Cox Communications from 2001 to 2011.
