Dana Polyak

Dana Polyak is an accomplished leader in customer response engineering and incident management, currently serving as the Global Head at Broadcom since November 2023, following the acquisition of VMware. Prior to this role, Dana held the position of Global Director at VMware, overseeing customer response and incident management for VMware Cloud. Dana's extensive experience includes leading customer success initiatives at AllyO and Addepar, where significant customer advocacy and support teams were built and scaled. Previous roles also encompass managerial positions at Ooyala and Cisco Systems, demonstrating a strong track record in technical support and customer success operations. Dana holds advanced degrees in General Management from Stanford University and Engineering Management & Leadership as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Santa Clara University.
