Reza Sharifi

Reza Sharifi is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering, currently serving as Sr. Manager of R&D for NPI Design/Development and Advanced Technology Development in IC Package Engineering at Broadcom Inc. Previously, Reza held roles including Senior Manager and Manager in IC Package Engineering. Reza's experience also includes a position as a Senior Engineer at Advanced Micro Devices, a Senior Packaging Design Engineer at Freescale Semiconductor, and a co-op Engineer at Advantest. Reza began a career in research as a Research Assistant II at the University of Michigan College of Engineering.
