Vijay Janapaty

Vijay Janapaty is Vice President and General Manager of the Physical Layer Products Division at Broadcom, responsible for the company’s physical interconnect and automotive Ethernet products. Mr. Janapaty joined the company through the LSI acquisition, where he was Vice President of Marketing for ASIC Products. Prior to that, Mr. Janapaty held positions in product management, mergers and acquisitions, and engineering at LSI. Mr. Janapaty received a B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
