Alex Mundy

Alex Mundy has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Starting in 2008, Mundy worked as a Commercial Appraiser at McKee Appraisal, appraising various types of properties. In 2012, Mundy joined JPMorgan Chase as a Client Associate, where they originated loans for multifamily properties. Over the course of six years, Mundy facilitated over 400 transactions totaling approximately $1 billion. In 2018, Mundy transitioned to Kidder Mathews as a Commercial Debt Broker on the Multifamily Investment Team. They provided clients with debt and equity finance strategies and developed valuation tools and analytical training for the organization. Currently, Mundy holds the role of Director, Portfolio Management - West Region at Broadmark Realty Capital Inc., overseeing the loan portfolio for the western U.S. region, including a range of opportunistic investments such as multifamily, land development, and special purpose assets.

Alex Mundy completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics at Whitman College. They later pursued a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate at the University of Washington from 2016 to 2017.
