Kevin Smith

Kevin Smith is an experienced professional in workforce management with a significant background in directing teams and optimizing performance within the industry. Currently serving as the Director of Workforce Management at BroadPath since September 2022, Kevin previously held the position of Director of Workforce at Alorica from March 2015 to August 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing WFM teams and enhancing client relationships. Prior to that, Kevin worked at APAC Customer Services in various roles, ultimately becoming Territory Business Manager, where duties involved financial forecasting and process improvement. Kevin's career began as a Workforce Scheduler/Analyst, where efficiency in scheduling and adherence was prioritized. Kevin completed education at Davenport West High School and Quad City Christian School between 2003 and 2007.
