Ryan Kraus

Ryan Kraus is an accomplished finance and operations professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and advisory sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Broadpoint Advisors since May 2021, Ryan specializes in healthcare M&A and CFO advisory services. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Inperium, Inc., and Chief Operating Officer at Edison Court, Inc. Ryan also founded Kraus Advisory Group, LLC, providing CFO and advisory services to owner-managed companies. Earlier in the career, Ryan held leadership positions including President of KCR, Inc., CFO at Virtual Edge, and Supervisor at KPMG.
