Boris Lapaev

Boris Lapaev is an experienced software engineering professional with over 15 years in the industry. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Broadridge since December 2010, Boris has also held roles as Manager, Team Lead, and Senior Software Developer within the same company. Prior to Broadridge, Boris worked at IT-Consulting (IServ) as a Software Developer, focusing on client-server applications using C# and T-SQL, and at Niva developing educational applications in C# and C++. Boris holds a Master's degree in Computer-Aided Data Processing and Control Systems from Chuvash State University, completed in 2008.
