Ed Sperling

Ed Sperling is currently the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Broadridge since April 2022. Prior to this, Ed was with CIT for over 35 years, holding various titles such as EVP Controller and Chief Accounting Officer and SVP Global Accounting Operations. Ed has a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Seton Hall University, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Rutgers University, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from County College of Morris. Throughout their career, Ed has held positions in various departments such as Internal Audit, Commercial Lending, Investor Relations, Corporate Planning, Information Systems, Treasury, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
