Swatika Rajaram

Swatika Rajaram has extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of U.S. Proxy and Prospectus Solutions at Broadridge since September 2014, following progressive roles including Managing Director and General Manager. Prior to Broadridge, Swatika held senior positions at Gerson Lehrman Group, focusing on Strategy and Corporate Development, and spent several years at McKinsey & Company, advancing from Junior Associate to Engagement Manager. Swatika holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
