Brett Hill

Brett Hill currently serves as the Head of Health & Protection at Broadstone, where responsibilities include supporting the growth of the Employee Benefits business in the Health, Wellbeing, Risk, and Protection markets since November 2022. Previously, Brett held the position of Distribution Director at Towergate Health & Protection, focusing on enhancing customer health and wellbeing from February 2019 to June 2022. Extensive experience prior to these roles includes positions as Managing Director, Commercial Director, and Sales & Marketing Director at The Health Insurance Group, as well as a Business Development Manager at AXA PPP healthcare, and various roles at Standard Life UK, culminating in a decade-long tenure. Brett holds a 2:1 degree in English Language and Literature from Kingston University, completed between 1993 and 1996.
