Bob Farnan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property and portfolio management within the real estate sector. Currently serving as VP of Property Management at Broadstone Net Lease, Inc. since June 2019, Bob has previously held several leadership roles in the organization, including VP of Portfolio Management and Director of Portfolio Management for the Commercial Division. Bob's career includes significant positions at Broadstone Real Estate and Broadtree Residential, focusing on operations and portfolio management in the residential sector. Prior to these roles, Bob gained valuable experience at Home Properties and Xerox Corporation, where expertise in business intelligence, data analytics, and revenue management was developed. Bob holds an MBA in Finance, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, as well as a B.S. in Finance and International Business from Ithaca College.
