Will Garner

Will Garner is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in acquisitions and structured finance. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Broadstone Net Lease, Inc. since December 2018, Will Garner oversees the acquisition and management of single-tenant commercial properties. Previously, Will Garner worked at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in Structured Real Estate from June 2012 to December 2018, contributing to strategic advisory and capital raising efforts. Earlier experience includes a role in the Property Practice at Marsh USA Inc. from July 2007 to July 2010, focusing on insurance broking and risk management. Will Garner holds an MBA in Finance and a BBA in Risk Management, both from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
