Mike O’Connor

Mike O’Connor joined BroadStreet Partners in 2022 and became CEO in 2023. Mike is responsible for strategy development and supporting the operational needs of BroadStreet’s Core agency partners.

Mike has a diverse and well-rounded background in leadership, strategy and the insurance industry. Previously, Mike spent 12 years at Aon plc where he last served as co-president and served on the company’s executive committee. Prior to Aon, Mike was a principal at McKinsey & Company working primarily with insurance and financial services clients.

Mike earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. He also earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School.
