Scott Hopkins

Scott Hopkins is an experienced professional in leadership and talent development, currently serving as the Leadership and Talent Development Officer at Broadway Bank since May 2018. Previously, Scott held key positions including Director of Leadership Development at CHRISTUS Health, where support was provided to a large Catholic health system. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Organizational Development at The Scooter Store, Senior Director of Talent Management and Organizational Development at J. Scott Hopkins, Inc., and Program Manager at General Dynamics Information Technology, along with a project management role in the United States Air Force. Scott possesses a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Virginia, a Master of Science in Management from the Florida Institute of Technology, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies at Our Lady of the Lake University.
