Bill Menas is an experienced real estate professional and entrepreneur based in Spanish Fort, Alabama. Currently serving as the Owner and Broker of RE/MAX Signature Properties since January 2019, Bill Menas has established a full-service real estate brokerage. In addition to this role, Bill Menas owns BME LLC and serves as a Distributor in Alabama and Mississippi for Broadway Equipment Company. Bill Menas has also contributed to the community as a City Councilman for District 2 from December 2014 to January 2022. Previously, Bill Menas owned Showroom Commercial Clean and operated Bill Menas Real Estate, focusing on commercial, residential, and land sales and management. Bill Menas pursued education at UHK from 1980 to 2016.
