Laura Chalmers

Laura Chalmers is an experienced Human Resource Manager currently overseeing HR functions for Championship Dining, a restaurant group with over 80 employees, since August 2021. Responsibilities include employee hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and retention initiatives, as well as social media engagement and community outreach. Additionally, Laura works as a Rental Agent at Kuehn Motor Company and has served in various roles at Broadway Pizza Restaurant since September 2015, including Assistant Manager. Previous experience includes serving as a Recruiting and HR Manager at College Nannies, Sitters and Tutors, where Laura managed recruitment tasks and employee onboarding, and working in property management roles at IRET. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and Business Administration from Winona State University and an Associate’s Degree from Rochester Community and Technical College.
