Joan Westwater

Joan Westwater is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and product management, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Broan since September 2020 and as a Product Manager at Briggs & Stratton since November 2016. With a background as a NPI Program Manager at Caterpillar from October 2009 to October 2016, Joan was responsible for managing multi-million dollar new product introduction programs in the Surface Mining Equipment sector. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Quality Engineer and Senior Engineering Project Manager at QuadTech, where Joan led continuous improvement initiatives and managed engineering projects within the R&D division. Joan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, completed in 1986.
