Nandita Singh, MS, MSOT has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Nandita started their career in 1995 as an Occupational Therapist at Quincy Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. Nandita then joined Welch Healthcare and Retirement Group as a Rehabilitation Manager from 1996 to 2002. Following that, they worked at HealthBridge as a Rehabilitation Manager & Area Rehabilitation Consultant, overseeing multiple therapy departments and implementing new clinical programs.

In 2006, Nandita became the Area Director of Rehabilitation Services at Genesis Medical and Rehabilitation Center, where they had financial, operational, and clinical oversight for multiple rehabilitation contracts. Nandita also supervised a team of managers and conducted performance appraisals.

Nandita then worked as a Senior Occupational Therapist at Kindred Healthcare from 2007 to 2010 and at Amedisys Home Health Care Services from 2010 to 2012. Nandita continued to enhance their skills as a Senior Occupational Therapist at STEWARD HOMECARE from 2012 to 2015.

From 2015 onwards, Nandita held various roles at Brockton Visiting Nurse Association. Nandita started as a Senior Occupational Therapist, where they evaluated and treated patients with various medical conditions. Nandita also supervised other staff members and collaborated with community resources for safe home discharge planning. Later, they became a Clinical Team Manager, focusing on delivering certified home health care and improving operational indicators. Currently, Nandita is serving as the Vice President of Home Care and Clinical Services at the same organization. In this role, they work closely with senior management to set goals and strategic objectives, implement clinical programs, and address future nursing shortages.

Nandita Singh has a diverse education history. Nandita obtained a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy/Therapist from Tufts University from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they pursued a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry at the University of Allahabad, Allahabad, from 1989 to 1991. Nandita also holds a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry from Deendayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University, which they completed from 1986 to 1988.

Currently, Nandita is a candidate for a Master's degree in Public Health/Health Administration at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health.
