Donna Childress

Donna Childress is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT management, project leadership, and process improvement. Currently serving as Project Lead and Problem Manager at Brockwell Technologies, Inc. since December 2012, Donna has been instrumental in refining ITIL-based Problem Management processes and testing application procedures. Prior roles include Problem Manager at Jacobs Technology, where initial Problem Management processes were developed, and various positions at Intergraph Corporation, including System Consultant, overseeing critical customer issues and managing off-shore development. Donna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Capella University.
