Marie Gray MCIPD is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR management and workplace innovation. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Brodie Engineering Ltd since July 2020, Marie's previous roles include Human Resources Business Partner at Ofgem, Workplace Innovation Project Manager at Scottish Enterprise, and Head of HR at Kibble. With extensive experience at iomart as HR and Training Manager, Marie has demonstrated expertise across various HR functions for over two decades.
