Olexiy Artemenko has extensive work experience in various roles in the technology and digital industry. Olexiy currently works as the Head of Product at Broken Build, where they focus on app development for Atlassian Jira and Confluence. Prior to this, they co-founded Prostir.Space, a Ukrainian catalog of coaches aimed at democratizing coaching.
Olexiy has also served as a Senior Product Manager at an NDA fintech company, where they aligned stakeholders and cross-functional teams on business requirements and designed growth strategies. Olexiy was the Senior Manager of Product Management at Yola.com, a website builder, where they renewed the onboarding flow and increased site setup completion rates.
Furthermore, Olexiy has held positions such as Head of Research and Development at TOP COSMETICS, Chief Product Officer at SUBJ, and Head of Digital Department at Fedoriv Agency. Olexiy also has experience as an Advisory Board Member at Done. Finance & Logistics and as a Project Management Officer and Delivery/Product Manager at Vintage Web Production. Throughout their career, Olexiy has demonstrated skills in strategy development, product management, and team leadership.
Olexiy Artemenko pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Marketing at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2010 to 2013. Before that, from 2006 to 2011, they also obtained a Master's degree in Electronics from the same university. In 2013 and 2014, they attended the Black Square Improvisation Theatre to learn improvisation basic techniques. In 2014, they completed the Key Leaders School at Media-kluch.ua, where they studied Organizational Design, Organizational Coaching, Management Gamification, and General Methodology. In 2015, they further enhanced their skills at Media-kluch.ua through the Key Leaders Internship, where they focused on Management System Check-up, Corporate Game Design & Execution, and Transformation Support. Olexiy pursued additional education from 2019 to 2020 at Habitus.One, studying Anthropology and Organizational Design. In 2021, they took part in the Anthropology Management & Leadership program, focusing on Business Anthropology. Currently, in 2022 and potentially 2023, they are attending the Organizational Coaching School taught by Y.Kravchenko, S.Konishchev, and M. Nestor. Their specific field of study in this program is Organizational Coaching.
