Chad Chappell has held a variety of roles in their career. Chad began in 2015 as an Intern at Strateco Strategic Communications Group Inc. and Mobile United, Inc. At Mobile United, Inc., they also served as Executive Assistant. In 2017, Chad Chappell moved to Mobile Baykeeper, where they held the roles of Membership and Volunteer Coordinator and Admin and Membership Coordinator. In 2019, they joined Spring Hill College as Assistant Director of Annual Giving. In 2021, they became a Customer Success Representative at VanillaSoft. Currently, Chad Chappell is a Customer Success Manager and Client Onboarding Manager at Brokerage Engine.
Chad Chappell obtained a Master's degree in Leadership and Ethics from Spring Hill College in 2020. Chad completed a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Gender Studies from the University of South Alabama in 2017. Prior to that, they attended Bishop for General Studies from 2012 to 2013.
