Eric Cogswell

Eric Cogswell has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Eric currently serves as the Director of Program Management at BrokerList Inc since March 2018. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager (Contract) at Valeyo from November 2017 to March 2018. Eric also had a previous stint at BrokerList Inc as a Project Manager (Contract) from August 2017 to November 2017, where they were responsible for refining project management processes and facilitating the onboarding of brokers and agents.

In 2016, Eric took a sabbatical to pursue their passion in competitive sailing, traveling, and renovating their home. During this time, they also invested in self-study in Agile, Blockchain, and other professional interests.

From 2011 to 2016, Eric worked at T4G Limited, starting off as a Project Manager and later transitioning into the role of Partner Manager. Eric developed strategic relationships with technology vendors and partners, creating strategic plans for the organization's divisions to drive revenue. Eric also managed multiple projects for key clients, delivering them on time and within budget. Highlights of their projects include the successful rollout and launch of a national loyalty program for a major Canadian grocer.

Before T4G Limited, Eric worked as a Project Manager at the Bank of Montreal, where they successfully replanned a project that had been put on hold and relaunched it for ease of implementation. Eric also worked as a Project Manager (Consultant) at PMPeople.com, where they gathered design and database requirements and managed website build and deployment.

Earlier in their career, Eric held the positions of Senior Account Executive at Internap, where they rebuilt the corporate image and customer relations in Canada, and Account Manager at TELUS, Partner Solutions, where they managed accounts worth over $5M in annual revenue and penetrated accounts wider and deeper than previously achieved. Eric also worked as an Account Executive at Fusepoint Managed Services, offering database outsourcing solutions to SMB and enterprise companies.

Eric Cogswell earned a High School Diploma from Western Kings High School in 1988. Following that, they attended Saint Mary's University from 1988 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Marketing. In 2010, Eric attended the Schulich EEC School of Business at York University, completing a Master's degree in Project Management.
