Eric Kaviar

Eric Kaviar is a distinguished legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Sunstein LLP since August 2023. Previously, Eric held the position of Partner at Burns & Levinson LLP from March 2016 to July 2023, where Eric also worked as an Associate focusing on intellectual property and business litigation. Eric's legal career began at Wolf Greenfield as an Associate, managing various IP-related litigations and providing counsel on contract and licensing issues. Eric's foundational legal experiences include roles as a Law Clerk at Sugarman, Rogers, Barshak & Cohen, P.C., and the United States Attorney's Office, as well as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable William G. Young. Eric earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Northeastern University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with departmental honors from Bates College.
