Maria Broman

Maria Broman is an experienced Enhetschef with extensive leadership roles in municipal elder care. Currently serving in Bromölla kommun since October 2017 and in Huddinge kommun since September 2014, Maria has led teams in both larger and smaller municipalities, focusing on elder care services. Prior roles include Enhetschef in Borås stad and Alingsås kommun, along with a significant position as Avdelningsföreståndare at Statens institutionsstyrelse. Maria's responsibilities encompass developing new departments, managing personnel, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance with training and reporting obligations. Maria holds a degree in Fritidspedagog from Växjö University and further education from Blekinge Tekniska Högskola.
