Jan Enthoven

Jan Enthoven has a diverse work experience with a focus on quality and compliance. Currently, they are the Quality & Compliance Director at Brompton Bicycle, responsible for implementing and improving quality systems to meet operational goals. Jan previously held the position of VP Manufacturing Powertrain Quality & TCS at Groupe Renault, overseeing quality and customer satisfaction for powertrain plants globally. Prior to that, they worked at Jaguar Land Rover as the Powertrain Group Quality Chief Engineer and the Manufacturing Excellence Director. In addition, Jan has also served as the Group Lean Six Sigma Director at Ardagh Group and held various quality-related roles at Rexam PLC and Ford Motor Company. Earlier in their career, they worked in research at ExxonMobil.

Jan Enthoven earned a PhD in Tribology from Imperial College London from 1990 to 1994. Prior to that, they obtained an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology from 1984 to 1989.
