Joseph du Lac

Joseph du Lac has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Their most recent role is as the System Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Bronson Healthcare. Joseph's experience also includes roles as the Corporate World Class Manufacturing Manager at Magna International, where they achieved profitability and increased output through Lean methods, and as a Senior Partner at Strategis Lean Management Advisors, providing business turnaround and transformation consulting.

Earlier in their career, Joseph held the position of Director of Operations at Hearth & Home Technologies, where they implemented Kanban systems and automations to achieve operational improvements. Joseph also served as the General Manager at K&K Stamping Company, where they achieved profitability and productivity improvement through Lean Manufacturing techniques.

Throughout their career, Joseph has demonstrated expertise in operational excellence, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and leadership development.

Joseph du Lac has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management, Strategy & Leadership from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business. Joseph also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Strategic Management & Leadership from Rochester University.
