Chlöe S. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2008, they worked as a Teacher at Sloka The Hyderabad Waldorf School, Aziz Nagar, where they gained valuable skills in adapting to different teaching environments. From 2009 to 2012, they served as an Upper Strings Teacher at CPC Music School, teaching one-on-one lessons and coordinating ensembles. Chlöe then joined Hertfordshire Music Service as a Peripatetic Instrumental and Vocal Teacher, where they provided personalized music instruction to over 300 children each week.
In 2016, Chlöe took on roles at two different companies. At Base Back, they worked as a Jobsearch Australia Executive, assisting backpackers with settling into Australian life. At Adecco, they served as a Recruitment Officer, promoting and running assessment centers and conducting document checks for 'right to work'.
In 2019, Chlöe joined First Mile as a Learning and Development Advisor, designing and delivering development interventions aligned with business goals, managing inductions for new staff, and implementing a diversity and inclusion program. Chlöe also held positions as Head Office Trainer and Learning and Development Support Officer during their time at First Mile.
In 2020, Chlöe worked as a Recruitment and Compliance Consultant (Temp) at Brook Street, where they provided coaching, training, and support to new team members, conducted CV and phone screenings, and ensured compliance with document checking.
In 2021, Chlöe returned to Brook Street as a Compliance Officer and Learning Lead, responsible for managing compliance and training initiatives within the company. Chlöe then joined Moore Kingston Smith as a Learning and Development Administrator, before returning to Brook Street once again.
