Karin Berry

Karin Berry has over 20 years of experience in various sales and marketing roles. Karin has worked for companies in the senior living industry such as Brookdale, Oakmont Senior Living, Solstice Senior Living, and Holiday Retirement. In these roles, Karin has been responsible for improving occupancy levels, generating leads, establishing relationships with referral sources, and closing sales. Prior to their work in senior living, Karin held positions at IMS, Inc., West Coast University, Howroyd Wright Group of Companies, Remedy Intelligent Staffing, TransUnion, and Dale Carnegie Training, where they gained experience in sales, account management, and business development.

Karin Berry has a diverse education history. Karin obtained a Bachelor of Art degree in Theatre, Film & Television, Writing, Directing, and Producing from Plaza 3 - ITSMA in 1983. Karin also pursued Business Administration and Management studies at Scottsdale Community College in 1979-1980 and completed their high school education at Chaparral High School in 1974-1977.

In terms of certifications, Karin Berry has completed Strategic Selling Skills and SPIN Selling certifications at Miller Heiman in 2004-2013 and 2006-2010 respectively. Karin also obtained a certification in Sales Advantage from Dale Carnegie Training San Diego in 2007-2008 and achieved Leadership Advantage certification from the same institution in 2007-2009.

Additionally, Karin Berry has acquired several certifications in recent years, including Intensive Treatment Foster Care from Alternative Family Services in 2017, Parenting Traumatized Children Parts I and II from Foster & Adoptive Care Coalition in 2017, and Ethics & Seniors from WebCE.
