Monty Mitchell

Monty Mitchell has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Monty started their career in the United States Air Force, where they held various roles such as Talent Acquisition Partner, Communications Manager, and Talent Acquisition Manager. After leaving the Air Force, Monty Mitchell worked in the private sector, including roles at Aramark and Prosegur, where they served as a Director and Senior Director in Human Resources. Most recently, they worked at Brookdale as Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Monty Mitchell has a strong background in recruitment, leadership, and process management.

Monty Mitchell obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the Community College of the Air Force, where they studied from 1988 to 2009. Monty then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, completing this program from 2010 to 2013.
