Menandro Malonzo

Menandro Malonzo has extensive experience in facilities management and fire safety, currently serving as the Director of Fire Safety, Facilities, Plant Ops & Engineering at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center since 2014, managing a team of 82 professionals over a 3.5 million square foot portfolio. Previous roles include System Director of Facilities at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, overseeing Medstar Health System's Regional Facilities Division with a staff of 285, and Director of Facilities at Barnabas Health, NYC Health + Hospitals, and New Jersey City University, where responsibilities ranged from strategic planning to project management across significant square footage and capital budgets. Malonzo began a career in facilities management at Purdue Pharma L.P. and has experience as a Project Manager at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where major construction projects were overseen.
