Racquel Hernandez

Racquel Hernandez is a dedicated educator and researcher with a strong background in mathematics and education. Currently serving as a High School Math Teacher at Brooke Charter Schools since July 2023 and previously as an Associate Math Teacher, Racquel has also contributed as a Research Assistant at Washington University in St. Louis, focusing on students' emotions and belonging, as well as providing analytical support in the Chancellor's Office. Racquel's experience includes leading a successful summer math program designed to reduce math anxiety, extensive work with diverse student populations, and active participation in community engagement initiatives. An alumna of Washington University in St. Louis, Racquel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Educational Studies.
