Aanandjit Sunderaj

Aanandjit Sunderaj has extensive experience in asset management and investment execution, particularly within the private equity and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Brookfield Asset Management since June 2012, Aanandjit leads the Saudi Arabia office and oversees approximately $27 billion in assets across Asia, India, and the Middle East. Responsibilities include capital raising, co-investments, and investor relations, alongside serving on the Investment Committee and holding multiple board positions. Prior roles include Chief Executive Officer at KARVY Realty India Ltd, where Aanandjit developed a comprehensive real estate platform, and Senior Director at ICICI Venture, with a focus on real estate investments. Aanandjit holds a Master of Science from Columbia University and an MBA from Moravian University.
