Kelly Lennon

Kelly Lennon has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kelly is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at AMETEK Brookfield since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at the same company from September 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining AMETEK Brookfield, Kelly worked at Sysco as an HR Generalist from January 2016 to September 2021. Kelly also gained experience at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth, where they held the role of HR Representative II from May 2015 to January 2016 and HRIS and Compensation Assistant from January 2013 to May 2015.

Kelly'searly career includes a role as a Universal Representative at Rockland Trust from May 2008 to January 2013. Overall, Kelly has a strong background in human resources with a focus on generalist responsibilities and specific expertise in HRIS and compensation.

Kelly Lennon has a diverse education history. Kelly obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Stonehill College, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In 2012 to 2013, they attended Bryant University and received a Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services. Later, from 2015 to 2016, Kelly pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Endicott College.

In addition to their academic achievements, they have acquired professional certifications. In 2017, Kelly obtained the Professional in Human Resources certification from HRCI. Moreover, they are planning to obtain the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI in June 2023.
