Dennis Groom

Dennis Groom is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in facility management and real estate. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at General Growth Properties since December 2015, Dennis has previously held significant roles such as Director of the Division of Facilities Management for the State of Delaware and Director of Real Estate & Facility Management at Barclaycard. Additional experience includes positions at BNY Mellon and MBNA, where Dennis managed facility operations and services. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
